B&B Le 4 Stagioni offers a choice of apartments or guest rooms each with en suite bathroom. All rooms are supplied with heating for cold days and air-conditioning for hot.

The rooms are individually decorated using a mixture of antique and modern. This contributes to our goal of making guests feel at home.

In the villa you’ll find 2 guest rooms.

Guest room Carpe Diem

The room, Carpe Diem, is a very large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite a luxurious bathroom, where you can treat yourself in a whirlpool shower and a massage steam cabin.

Guest room La Dolce Vita

The other room, La Dolce Vita, has a single bed and, of course, an en-suite private bathroom.

The apartments

There are 4 well appointed apartments in the grounds, named after plants you will find in our garden: Corbezzola (Irish strawberry tree), Ginepro (Juniper), Ginestra (Scotch broom) and Olive.

Inside the air-conditioned apartment there are three rooms – a sitting area, the main bedroom and the bathroom. There is a hide-a-way bed in the sitting room as well as a small fridge. The main bedroom has a large king size bed, a wardrobe, and a satellite television. The fully equipped bathroom even has a blow-dryer.

Each apartment has its own entrance with a porch that has a view of Perugia – perfect for sitting with a glass of wine, watching one of our spectacular sunsets.

If you want to, you can cook outside at the barbecue area, which also has gas rings. Cooking utensils are at the barbecue site. The apartment has everything else you need.
