Dolce far niente (Busy Doing Nothing)

The quiet woodland surroundings will encourage you to do absolutely nothing! And Le 4 Stagioni has all the facilities you need to do just that. Start the morning with a cup of coffee or tea, and freshly baked bread. Walk along the garden paths  to the swimming pool (perhaps identifying the wild flowers in their seasons) where your sun chair will be waiting for you. As you sit in the sun, enjoying the breathtaking view, the essential oils of the lavender and rosemary that surround the pool, will help you to relax.  If the sun is too hot, you can take a refreshing dip.
Want some shade? Then take advantage of one of the hammocks you will find in the olive grove.

Hiking and Biking

The peace and quiet of the surrounding 120 hectares of protected woodlands are particularly enticing to hikers and bikers. There are marked footpaths, but Le 4 Stagione can also provide local maps.  And, the unmade roads the traverse that area are a real challenge for mountain bikers!  If mountain bikes aren’t your thing, then there are miles of quiet ‘lanes’ where you can practice your hill climbing technique.
